A Father’s Daily Thoughts to His Son

Paul was kidnapped from his mother when he was eight months old. When his son Mac was born, Paul chose to become the father he never had himself. When Mac went away to school, Paul sent him daily emails, coaching Mac through his life’s various experiences: through training, military deployments, courtship and marriage, and becoming a father himself. This book records highlights from these “thoughts.”

“The 4 L’s in the book offer me a daily reminder to harmonize my life instead of balance it. They keep me focused on what is truly important, and help build a foundation for living and leading a mindful life.”

This book almost had me in tears. Being a father myself, this book almost had me in tears as I was reading it. The thoughts that the book shares are something that I find very relatable. With this book, I’m able to see the good stuff that happens when a father can talk to his son about his thoughts, give his son some real advice, and create an honest bond with one another. If you’re a father, too, then I suggest getting this book as soon as you can!”
